Project Overview

The project "Reconstruction of key A North" required the construction of a new key in the length of 210 meters by the use of a 34 meters long combination wall; type 1180D of ARCELOR. This type of combination wall, was never been used before within Israel. Furthermore, underwater pile driving of 25 meters piles was performed, including the underwater installation of anchors.

Main elements of the project

• Construction of a new pier in the length of 210m.
• Installation of a back sheet-pile wall in the length of 210m.
• Supply and driving of 34m long steel sheetpilling (Combo-Wall).
• Supply and installation of anchor tie rods (40m long).
• Casting of capping beam (+2.5m -> -0.5m)
• Installation of an underwater combo-wall in the length of 25m.
• Dredge Works
• Sea bed protection of slopes.
• Concrete Works.
